Volunteer Opportunity for Juneteenth Celebration at Mercer County Park

To Whom It May Concern:

The African American Cultural Collaborative of Mercer County, in proud partnership with the New Jersey Legislative District 15, is thrilled to announce our 5th Annual Juneteenth Celebration, taking place on Saturday, June 14, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Mercer County Park Festival Grounds.

Over the past four years, our Juneteenth Celebration has become a powerful and joyous gathering that uplifts the spirit of community, honors African American history, and showcases the richness of our culture. This year’s theme continues our commitment to culture, connection, and collaboration—core values that guide the mission of the African American Cultural Collaborative of Mercer County.

As we prepare for this dynamic event, we warmly invite your organization to join us in making it a success. We are currently seeking volunteers to support various aspects of the celebration, from logistics and hospitality to youth engagement and cultural programming. Volunteer shifts are flexible, and we welcome individuals and groups who are passionate about service, community, and cultural preservation.

If your organization is interested in partnering with us by providing volunteers, please reach out to me directly at Usherboard2004@yahoo.com with your contact details and availability. We would love to have you stand with us in celebrating freedom, heritage, and unity.

Thank you in advance for your support—we look forward to working together!

Warm regards,

Regina M. Jackson
