We are spotlighting : Lucy Parsons (1851–1942) – A labor organizer, anarchist, and radical activist, Parsons fought for workers’ rights, especially for people of color, women, and the poor. She was a key figure in the labor struggles of the late 19th and early 20th centuries and helped found the Industrial Workers of the World (IWW).
