Chapter 78 has harmed our members, caused healthcare to be too expensive, and has encouraged cost-shifting instead of cost containment. A new Administration and a reasonable Governor will hopefully lead to a more reasonable cost sharing on healthcare– but if you can, you should consider reducing your costs with these union-negotiated plans.
